If for whatever reason, more than 50% of the group isn't satisfied with the training session : didn't meet their expectations, the seminar was considered mediocre, Garuda is committed to reimburse the entire seminar fee to all the unsatisfied participants. Evaluations to improve performance   Article 4 All our training sessions are subject to evaluation and self-evaluation by the trainee. The importance of the evaluations is for it to act as an indirect control on the pertinence of the offered training.
