Performance indicators of our training methods, recorded continuously throughout our training sessions, differentiate us from others and enable us to offer the « satisfied or money-back guarantee ».

If for whatever reason, more than 50% of the group isn't satisfied with the training session : didn't meet their expectations, the seminar was considered mediocre, Garuda is committed to reimburse the entire seminar fee to all the unsatisfied participants.

Evaluations to improve performance

All our training sessions are subject to evaluation and self-evaluation by the trainee. The importance of the evaluations is for it to act as an indirect control on the pertinence of the offered training. If the evaluation is important for the trainee, it is just as important for the trainer.
